1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or registering on VaishyaVaniParivar.com ("the platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users of the platform including community members, matrimony registrants, business owners, and visitors.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to register on this platform
• You must be a member of the Vaishya Vani Samaj community, or be introduced by a community member
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• Only one account per person is permitted

3. Registration and Approval

All registrations are subject to approval by the Master Admin or the Taluka Admin for your region. We reserve the right to reject any registration without providing a reason.

Once approved, your profile becomes visible to other registered members. The platform is community-governed — Taluka Admins may know you personally and may verify your identity as part of the approval process.

4. Matrimony Section — Important Rules

• All information provided in matrimony profiles must be accurate and not misleading
• Profiles must represent the registrant themselves — you may not create a profile on behalf of someone without their explicit consent
• Contact details shared through the platform must only be used for matrimonial communication in good faith
• Harassment, misuse of contact information, or fraudulent representation is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account removal
• Family contact numbers shared through matches must be treated with confidentiality and respect

5. Business Listings

• Business listings must represent a genuine, operating business
• Business descriptions, contact details and images must be accurate
• You may not list a business that engages in illegal activities
• The platform does not endorse or guarantee any business listed — users engage with listed businesses at their own discretion
• The platform takes no responsibility for transactions or disputes between users and listed businesses

6. Prohibited Conduct

You must not:

• Provide false, misleading or fraudulent information at any point
• Impersonate any person or misrepresent your community affiliation
• Use the platform for any commercial purpose other than legitimate business listings
• Send unsolicited messages, spam or harass other members
• Attempt to scrape, copy or harvest member data from the platform
• Attempt to bypass the approval system or create multiple accounts
• Upload inappropriate, offensive or explicit content
• Use contact information obtained through the platform for any purpose other than the intended community purpose

7. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, descriptions, business information). By uploading, you grant VaishyaVaniParivar.com a non-exclusive licence to display your content within the platform for the purpose of operating the community service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is deemed inappropriate by the admin team.

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently remove any account that:

• Violates these Terms of Service
• Provides false information
• Engages in harassment or misconduct towards other members
• Is reported by multiple members for misuse

You may request deletion of your own account at any time by contacting us.

9. Limitation of Liability

VaishyaVaniParivar.com is a community directory and connection platform. We are not responsible for:

• The outcome of any matrimony introductions made through the platform
• Transactions, disputes or agreements between users and businesses listed on the platform
• Accuracy of information provided by users in their profiles
• Any loss or damage arising from use of the platform

Users interact with each other at their own discretion and risk.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from use of the platform shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Goa, India.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision.
